The files in the CATALOG directory provide a top-level understanding  
of the Venus Express mission, spacecraft, instruments, and data sets  
in the form of completed PSA templates. The information necessary to  
create the files is provided and formatted into standard template     
formats by the MAG team. The files in this directory are coordinated
