The LABEL directory contains format (.FMT) files associated with the NPI EDR  
data products. These .FMT files contain descriptions of file formats which    
are found to repeat from data file to data file.                              
                                                                              
Following is a list of the files contained in this subdirectory and           
a description of each:                                                        
                                                                              
LABINFO.TXT -             The file you are reading.                           
                                                                              
NPI_NRMHEAD.FMT -         Describes the format of the NPI Header Science      
                          Normal Mode Table. NPI edited (raw) science data

NPI_STPHEAD.FMT -         Describes the format of the NPI Header Science      
                          Deflection Stepping Mode Table. NPI edited (raw)
