The LABEL directory contains format (.FMT) files associated with the NPD EDR  
data products. These .FMT files contain descriptions of file formats which    
are found to repeat from data file to data file.                              
                                                                              
Following is a list of the files contained in this subdirectory and           
a description of each:                                                        
                                                                              
LABINFO.TXT -             The file you are reading.                           
                                                                              
NPD_RAWHEAD.FMT -         Describes the format of the NPD Header Science Raw  
                          Mode Table. NPD1 and NPD2 edited (raw) science data 
                          product refers to this file.                        
                                                                              
NPD_BINHEAD.FMT -         Describes the format of the NPD Header Science Bin  
                          Mode Table. NPD1 and NPD2 edited (raw) science data
