The BROWSE directory contains Portable Network Graphics (PNG) files of
survey plots of the data which constitute the primary archive products
of this volume.  Secondary products are the ionograms for each sounding
event during the orbit.  These plots are organized by orbits.  The general
subdirectory structure is as follows.  The EXTRAS directory contains html
files for convient viewing of the browse products.
