The (row 1) column labels provide the information to identify the content of a column. Columns 1 - 3, 11 - 12 and 170 - 177 contain data decoded from the sweep telemetry data. Columns 7 - 10 contain data related to selected instrument housekeeping values at the time the sweep began. Columns 4 - 6 contain entry profile data if the data is from ion source 1 and contain undefined data for the other ion source data. The column labels for columns 13 - 154 will be either 'X#', 'FR#' or 'M#' where the '#' symbol represents a number (1 - 142). The column label 'X1' and 'X20' indicate data 'known' to be invalid. The column label 'M#' indicates data for unitary stepping mode scans where the value of '#' indicates the m/z (mass) of the column's data. The column label 'FR#' indicates data for fractional stepping mode operation. When reviewing the data users are cautioned to check whether the scan includes masses (2 & 20) where the quadrupole filter's RF changes. The first sample following the RF change should be considered to be invalid and the sampling at this mass is repeated. The use of the pink background in the image points out those fractional scans where this occurs. The orange background values show where invalid data is found." END_OBJECT = PNG_DOCUMENT
