S-RCP sample distribution was about 8 dB lower than expected. It is possible these data were colected using FGAIN values appropriate for 70-m antennas, but that only explains about half of the short fall. S-RCP data on days 290, 291, and 292 are clipped. Adding 3 dB to the attentuator at the front of the RSR should solve this problem. Each of these recordings includes coverage of periapsis. The Doppler residual increases with day number from about 120 Hz on day 289 to about 200 Hz on day 292.
