Mars was at solar conjunction on 14 June (2015-165). DSS 63 reported that it could not lock to either S- or X-Band during the entire pass on 2015-164 (DR# M108819). Because Stanford's software is in transitiion, we do not currently have a way to check data quality (e.g., maximum SNR and plots of data). The MAX SNR values listed above are from Danny Kahan's inspection of the data before they were transferred to Stanford. Data were collected on 2015-167 using WVSR equipment rather than the usual RSR; data formats are the same, after conversion, with only a few of the header values different. Note that values of RSR ID do not uniquely identify band/polarization pairs. Danny Kahan concluded that the LCP channels on 2015-168 were identical to the corresponding RCP channels; so no X-LCP and S-LCP data have been transferred to Stanford. Kahan has notifed DSN officials.
