Strong surface echoes are visible in both X-RCP and X-LCP. There is no signal in the S-Band channels until 14:05, the end of the surface observations. A quick review of the NMC log shows that the original command to move the dichroic reflector into place during station configuration (09:30:59) was rejected (apparently a common result, based on recent logs); but the operator failed to take corrective action until the command was repeated at 14:04:19. The dichroic reflector is needed to guide the signals to the S-Band feeds when both S- and X-Band are being used; so there are no useful S-Band data from this experiment.
