There is no comparable modulation on the S-RCP output. The effect is present in both the 25 and 100 kHz data. The S-LCP modulation will increase the uncertainty when the data are calibrated, but it should not affect our ability to do the first-order science. The X-Band 100 kHz receiver frequency offset (FRO) introduced at 18:34 may have been too large. The main part of the echo appears to be inside the filter edge after 18:34, but the Doppler dispersion may extend into the roll-off region. The FROs used for the 25 kHz data appear to have been better chosen. Otherwise, these appear to be very good data. Surface echoes are visible in the quick-look plots from all channels except S-LCP, where detection was expected to be the most difficult.
