This is my recommendation for the MEX bistatic radar operation this evening.

It is pretty relaxed.  Signals are weak, there are only a couple FRO's, and
there's plenty of time for everything.

I have a flight scheduled to arrive at Burbank at 17:40 PDT. I'm going to try
to rendezvous with my nephew (recently moved from NY to LA) for dinner, which
should still get me to JPL before the pre-cal starts at 20:30 PDT.
