This is my recommendation for the MEX bistatic radar operation Saturday
night.  This is less challenging than Friday's experiment; but there will be
good echoes for at least an hour in all four channels and the X-band FRO puts
the carrier outside the 25 kHz passband, so we'll be busy.  We'll run 100 kHz
sampling for slightly less than an hour (twice what we have been used to).
Essam may join us again.
