     We have completed quick-look processing on the following MEX RSR open
loop data at Stanford:

     No S-LCP data were collected because there were not enough RSR's and the
JPL Radio Science Systems Group did not have confirmation that S-band problems
identified last week had been resolved at DSS 63 (see HEA4232A.TXT).

     There are small spurs at about +/-600 Hz from the carrier in X-RCP.

     There is no carrier for about the first 3 minutes in all channels and
for about the last minute in S-RCP.

     For unknown reasons, the first record in X-LCP is missing.  We queried
twice for these data with the same result both times.
