Compared with the most recent bistatic radar (August 2008 at 2.36 AU), the carrier to noise level here (2.42 AU) is about 7 dB lower when expectation is only 0.2 dB lower. On 2008/366 the channel supposedly carrying S-LCP appears to have only a copy of the S-RCP signal. So far as planning is concerned, these data were collected for gravity studies; but the real application is to solar corona studies. "Gravity" was used to obtain the desired spacecraft and ground configurations without having to define a new instrument mode.
