DESCRIPTION                  = "
The Orbit Propagation and Timing Geometry (OPT) file was generated at the
NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory to facilitate JPL/DSN support of Mars
Express (MEX). It was derived from materials provided by the MEX Project.
The OPT is an ASCII file having several header records followed by a
table of time-ordered orbit events (equator crossings, occultations,
eclipses, periapsis times, etc.). The table columns are separated by
commas and are defined as follows:
    1. event title (e.g., PERIAP for periapsis passage)
    2. body name (e.g., MARS)
    3. spacecraft ephemeris time of event (yyyy-dddThh:mm:ss.fff format)
    4. Julian date
    5. ET-UTC
    6. orbit number
    7. time from periapsis (sDDDDDThh:mm:ss.fff format)
    8. Sun-Earth-probe angle (degrees)
After certain event lines, there are listings of body constants. For
example, after the ascending equator crossing line, there is a single
  line giving the spacecraft longitude.
For more details on file contents and format see OPTG_SIS.TXT in the
DOCUMENT directory of this archive. "
