  The DSN Keyword File (DKF) was generated at the NASA Jet Propulsion
  Laboratory to facilitate JPL/DSN support of Mars Express(MEX).  It was
  derived from the MEX Sequence of Events (SOE) file and models of
  activities to be supported by the DSN - such as radio science
  experiments.
  The DKF is an ASCII file containing a table of time-ordered DSN
  configuration instructions.  The table is preceded by a header record
  with the file name, spacecraft number, and start and end dates/times.
  The table columns are:
     1. type of line (* = header line; ! first line; @ = continuation line)
     2. spacecraft number
     3. antenna number
     4. line number (starting with 1, first lines only)
     5. day of year
     6. Earth receive time (hhmmss format)
     7. type of pass (e.g., TRK indicates regular tracking pass)
     8. unknown (seems related to station number)
     9. configuration instruction or other message
  On continuation lines, the message resumes at about line position 25. "
