     This document is a set of notes taken before and during the noise        
     calibration tests of 13 May 2004.  The document is archived in both      
     ASCII and Microsoft Word formats.                                        
                                                                              
     The document summarizes discussions before the tests at JPL (12 May)     
     and at SPC 10 early on 13 May.  The remainder of the document is a       
     set of tables showing system configuration for each of the tests.        
                                                                              
     For one channel (e.g., S-RCP) the typical test sequence was:             
                                                                              
            connect to the ambient load                                       
            turn on the noise diode                                           
            disconnect ambient load (noise diode remains on)                  
            turn off the noise diode (receiver looking at zenith)             
                                                                              
     During the first round of tests each of the four receivers (in the       
     order S-RCP, S-LCP, X-RCP, and X-LCP) was cycling through the above      
     configurations at least twice with 1-2 minutes in each state.  In        
     parallel, Art Freiley operated 'noise instrumentation' which collects    
     data separately from a wider bandwidth.                                  
                                                                              
     In the second round of tests, each of the receivers cycled through       
     the four states once, spending about five minutes in each.  This         
     was intended to be a test of a script that could be followed by a
