The blemishes from the DISR images were replaced by
   processblemish,list,outputdir,width=5,sigma_mult=3.5
with list being the list of prepped DISR images as a string array and outputdir the
local directory they were written to.
The blemishes were removed by applying a median filter to each image. 
The software also contains the option to define the bad pixels by analysing 
a small set of images and to define the blemishes as the pixels which deviate 
form the local median in ALL those images. Then that pixels are removed 
from all images taken with the same camera. While that approach did not work
well in my attempts on site, I still consider it the sounder method in principle.
