This is the most complete version of disr3_cal that I know of today.  
Two new directories were added today:  30Jul96 & 31Jul96.  they are not reflected in the disr3_cal_list.xls

Combined with data from Clyde, which added over 16,000 files.  Now contains 278,169 files.
This is now the most complete set I know of!

2012.08.09 
Repaired some empty folders which were somehow converted into zero lenght files using DISR3_cal_DataCount_fix_empty_directories.pro.
