SPU HLSW 13.9 contains the following new features:



- averaging/rounding is now fully flexible in photometry and spectroscopy.

  This is done via the WRT_DET_CST_PHOT/SPEC table.

  For Rounding, the values 0-3 can be chosen, with 0 (no rounding) being default.

- 3 different rounding strategies are available.

- The 13.8 algorithms are also still available, though no longer default.

- Rotation of raw channels can be inhibited now in spectroscopy.

- new compression mode 0x0C: "Compressed Sensing".
