The double compression mode in spectroscopy has provided corrupted data due to a 

wrong paramater used by the sorting algorithm "Reorder". This algorithm used

the number of slopes before the integration while the number of integrated slopes

has to be used. This bug has been alleviated in the OBSW but still additional tests must be performed

to check whether this correction is enough or OBSW and/or decompression SW has to be further upgraded. Therefore,

this SPR is still open.
