CPU Workload improvement for photometry

Based on the FPU Simulator data and on the real bolometer data from 22nd of July 2004, one RZIP iteration is removed as the compression ratio did not decrease for an increased CPU workload. This would enable the non-loss of compressed entity while CPU workload decreased.
