SPU HLSW 13.95 contains the following new features:



+ averaging/rounding is now fully flexible in photometry and spectroscopy.

  This is done via the WRT_DET_CST_PHOT/SPEC table.

  For Rounding, the values 0-3 can be chosen, with 0 (no rounding) being default.

+ 3 different rounding strategies are available.

+ The 13.8 algorithms are also still available, though no longer default.

+ Rotation of raw channels can be inhibited now in spectroscopy.

+ new compression mode 0x0C: "Compressed Sensing".

+ configurable frame dropping in photometry and spectroscopy

+ SPR 1044 fix in dmch_cp

+ sync delay for photometry (0-3 frames)
