This directory contains Orbit Event Files (OEF).
Orbit Event Files contain the events relating to ground station passes. They give the times of expected Acqisition of Signal (AOS) and Loss of Signal (LOS) for the available ground stations. AOS/LOS times are given for various elevations above the horizon (e.g. 5 degrees).
The event times depend on the spacecraft orbit, so a new OEF file was delivered with each new orbit (OEM) file. This archive only contains the OEF corresponding to the last operational orbit file, since it supersedes all previous ones.
The Orbit Event File was used by MOC to generate the PSF files, since the period of the P{SF and placement of the DTCP window depend on ground-station visibility.
