This directory contains the XML file which was used as input for the Herschel Inspector and Long Term Scheduler (HILTS).
HILTS is a tool which allows browsing all the observations and proposals, both proposed and executed. Rather than connect directly to the operational database, it used an XML file containing information exported from the database which was generated daily.
