Enhanced Planned Observation Sequence (EPOS) Files

This directory contains the following file types:

• Enhanced Planned Observation Sequence (EPOS) generated from the POS
• Attitude Parameter Files (APF) generated from the ICP
• Sun Earth Direction (SED) files

These files are generated by MOC from the POS/ICP files provided by SOC. This involves adding spacecraft commanding (orbit manoeuvres, reaction-wheel biasing, etc), expanding command sequences, etc.

Known issues

• No EPO, EPS or APF files were generated for ODs 1-8 and 13; this is expected. No SED file was generated for ODs 1-26.

• The files were received for ODs up to 1498 inclusive although the mission ended on OD-1495.

• Towards the end of the mission, MOC generated contingency EPOS files so that they would have an alternative timeline ready when the helium ran out. These files were given version numbers starting at _0501. The only one actually used was for OD-1462.

• The version 050X files that were not actually used (i.e. all except OD-1462) have been moved the sub-folder "disabled". Otherwise, it would be unclear which ones were actually used since the version number of these files is higher than those for the planned timeline.

• The contingency epos 1462_0501.EPO has an end time 2013-05-15T15:00:00Z, which overlaps the start of the next OD (2013-05-15T11:15:00).
