Log import of MC_MAN_S4 Mission Configuration into the DB

(a) Delivery note - 9th March

Hi Larry,
 
For the manual BSM tuning procedure to be run on Thursday, 11th March, I attach the MOIS input file plus all the CUS scripts and calibration tables. 
Note that these scripts and calibration tables are different from the last official delivery (viz. pvPhase_mconfig_73).
 
The MOIS input file was delivered to MOC on 4th March 2010.
 
The OBSID for this test will be 0x211D.
