SxRs applicable to the updates of the scripts delivered in this release - If there is an ASTR Mission Configuration delivery, then flag the high level SxR which contains the list of SxRs since the last ASTR delivery that affect a released AOT + list other SxRs that are calibration MC specific High level SxR: PHS-1311. SPIRE-2356 PhsScr:1271 other sxrs: SpireScr:2173, SpireScr:2176 , SpireScr:2187, SpireScr:2239, SpireScr:2317, SpireScr:2333 10. Additional notes (a) Update Information : If this corresponds to an update since the last delivery, explain what the updates consist of e.g. 2 more AORs added. N/A (b) Instructions for the Mission Planners A list with all the solar system objects that are going to be observed. This will include specification of the constraints (if any) that has to be modified in the MPS properties file. Ceres All the usual instructions about the min time for using the spectrometer etc are valid as per the schedulung guidelines. All of the observations for a sub instrument should be scheduled together in the blocks given below as much as possible except if this means that long slews are necessary (and hence it leads to less efficient use of observatory time) (and obviously observations on the same target within a sub-instrument should be scheduled together). Observations should be scheduled on the second day of a cooler recycle period and towards the end of the period of use of the sub-instruemnt. In addition, please schedule the following observations according to the following instructions 0) SpireEngUpdateTablesGen-0000 - This is to update the ACTIONS for SPIRE. This is delivered as it might go into cycle 8 but then again it might not! The HSC will be informed whether to schedule this and what OD to schedule it on [note the OD to be used will be decided on in consultant with Tony]. Note there are related MOC activities necessary to go with this observation. [note for the below sections I don't mind the order of the targets. For a set of observations on a given target the order of the observations is given as preferred] 1) On a phot day in the first part of cycle 8 (before HIFI block) SPhoto-Point-Rep4-CRL618 SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-CRL618 SpirePhotoSmallScanGen-Rep4-CRL618 SPhoto-Point-Rep4-Ceres SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-Ceres SpirePhotoSmallScanGen-Rep4-Ceres SPhoto-Point-Rep4-alphaTau SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-alphaTau SpirePhotoSmallScanGen-Rep4-alphaTau 2) On a phot day in the 2nd part of cycle 8 (after HIFI block) SPhoto-Point-Rep4-Ceres - copy SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-Ceres - copy SPhoto-Point-Rep4-alphaTau - copy SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-alphaTau - copy 3) On a Phot/Pmode day (preferably a Phot day) SPhoto-Point-Rep4-DarkSky (first as long as not just after a cooler recycle) SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-DarkSky (second as long as not just after a cooler recycle) SpirePhoto_Cal_PhaseUpCosine-DarkSky-nomBias SpirePhoto_Cal_StdLoadCurveGen-DarkSky-PSW-E6 SpirePhotoPcalFlashGen-0000 SpirePhoto_Cal_LoadCurvePcalOnGen-DarkSky-PSW-E6 4) On a Phot/PMode day in the other part of cycle 8 to section 3 SpirePhotoPcalFlashGen-0000 - copy SpirePhoto_Cal_StdLoadCurveGen-DarkSky-PSW-E6 - copy SPhoto-Point-Rep4-DarkSky - copy SPhoto-Large-Rep4-8x8-DarkSky - copy 5) On a Spec Day SpireSpectroPointGen-CR-Rep16-DarkSky (put first in this block of cal obs unless there aren't astronomer observations before it, in which case put last of the dark sky block) SpireSpectroPointGen-CR-Rep10-DarkSky-Bright (put 2nd in this block of cal obs unless there aren't astronomer observations before the dark sky block, in which case put after SpireSpectro_Cal_LoadCurvePcalOnGen-DarkSky but before SpireSpectroPointGen-CR-Rep16-DarkSky ) SpireSpectro_Cal_PhaseUpCosine-nomBias SpireSpectro_Cal_StdLoadCurveGen-DarkSky SpireSpectroPcalFlashGen-0000 SpireSpectro_Cal_LoadCurvePcalOnGen-DarkSky SpireSpectroPointGen-CR-Rep5-CRL618 SpireSpectroPointGen-CR-Rep10-Ceres 6) On a Spec day in the other part of cycle 8 to section 5.
