           RWL SOPS window of OD29, as initially agreed according to the email
           from A. Marston, subject "Detailed Planning of ODs 27 through 30"
           from 04-Jun-2009. Instead, a small fraction of the AORs had to be
           advanced before the RWL SOPS window, as agreed via email exchange
           with HIFI ICC operations on 05-Jun-2009. 
       (d) The sequence of AORs is self-consistent in setting-up and re-setting the
           instrument, if the sequence indicated by the PACS ICC is followed.
