Applied changes (relative to HIFI_MC_ASTR_A0006_C011_36) :

This backend is for use ONLY as a backup ASTR CUS in case
of problem in the deployment of the previous MC delivered
for cycle 13 (CYCLE013_HIFI_FULL_2_20100424.tar).

It deactivates the usage of the segmented checksum verification.
