Redelivery of MC originally delivered with Cycle 8 but this time not labelled as ASTR MC.
The Cycle 8 calibration observations should be linked to this MC (the original ASTR MC should not be used as it is no longer an ASTR MC).

(b) Instructions for the Mission Planners 
A list with all the solar system objects that are going to be observed. This will include specification of the constraints (if any) that has to be modified in the MPS properties file.
