This version 8 of the TelescopeBackground cal file is an update of version 7.
The update consists in a correction of the abs. flux calibration scheme, now consistent with the same set of calibrators as used for the calibration block (excluding Uranus and Neptune).
The correction factors wrt version 7 are
1. / 1.04 in the blue (<102um) and
1. / 0.98 in the red (> 102um)
