The HGBS is a Herschel Key Programme jointly carried out by SPIRE Specialist Astronomy Group 3 (SAG 3), scientists of several institutes in the PACS Consortium (CEA Saclay, INAF-IFSI Rome and INAF-Arcetri, KU Leuven, MPIA Heidelberg), and scientists of the Herschel Science Center (HSC). and cite the introductory paper of the Herschel Gould Belt survey by André et al. (2010). # Description of data Several data products are provided for two regions in the following formats: ./HGBS_Aquila - *_070.fits.gz, ... *_500.fits.gz: PACS (070, 160 um) and SPIRE (250, 350, 500 um) maps in fits format. The data reduction tools/ versions can be found in the headers. For a detailed description of the data treatment, see Könyves et al. (2015). - HGBS_aquilaM2_observed_core_catalog.txt: ASCII table of HGBS dense cores for the Aquila region, with verbose header. - HGBS_aquilaM2_derived_core_catalog.txt: ASCII table of derived core properties for the Aquila region, with verbose header. - HGBS_aquilaM2_core_blowups.pdf: Blow-up maps of all HGBS dense cores in Aquila at 70, 160, 250, 350, & 500 um, and H_2 column density. - HGBS_aquilaM2_core_SEDs.pdf: Spectral energy distributions of all HGBS dense cores in Aquila at Herschel wavelengths. - HGBS_aquilaM2_column_density_map.fits.gz and HGBS_aquilaM2_dust_temperature_map.fits.gz: H_2 column density and dust temperature maps of the Aquila region, as derived from HGBS data (see Könyves et al. 2015 for dust opacity assumptions). ./HGBS_TaurusL1495 - *_070.fits.gz, ... *_500.fits.gz: PACS (070, 160 um) and SPIRE (250, 350, 500 um) maps in fits format.
