5) Upload Procedures:

The OBS image in SPDPRMPG_0000_0000400_REF_2009_302T142200.zip is to be uploaded during DTCP using the
following MOIS procedures:

	- H_FCP_SPI_CLOM (Version 2 - TC parameters to be updated for loading OBS 4.0.0)

        - H_FCP_OBS_5110 (Version 4 - TC parameters to be updated for loading OBS 4.0.0)
     
        - H_FCP_SPI_CLEM (version 2.5 - TC parameters to be updated for loading OBS 4.0.0)

	- H_COP_SPI_REDB (Version 1, 18/05/2009)

6) Upload Sequence:

The upload procedure starts and ends in SPIRE REDY mode. Briefly the sequence is as follows:

 
 - Start execution of updated H_FCP_SPI_CLOM

      - Execute updated H_FCP_OBS_5110

 - Finish execut5ion of updated H_FCP_SPI_CLOM


 - Execute updated H_FCP_SPI_CLEM


 - Execute H_COP_SPI_REDB (Version 1, 18/05/2009)


7) After the upload of OBS 4.0.0, all the SPIRE tables have to be loaded from the MTL. This procedure, 
which also dumps all the loaded tables, should take about 15 minutes to execute from the MTL. 

Note: This upload is ESSENTIAL before SPIRE operations can resume with OBS 4.0.0.
