Notes:
The naming of the jar files used to follow the CVS tag, and then was changed to reflect the actual name of the cal tree. This was done between v's 2 and 3.
The jar file that is actually downloaded by Cal Import for spire_cal_2_0 is called spire_ia_cal_2.11.5.jar, but this is identical with spire_ia_cal_3.2.jar. Due to a slight glitch in updating the properties inside the build at this point.
