Development tools installation procedure :
****************************************

1.  Install Virtuoso V4.1 R2.04 (See Installation guide)
2.	Install Visual Studio 97 (See Installation procedure in Visual Source Safe (VSS))
3.	Install PCI-Spacewire board drivers 
	(Installer is in Energia:\\Pacs\Software\Drivers\SpaceWireNTV1.4.exe
4.	Install ADI DSP tools.
	Copy them from Energia:\\Pacs\Software\adi_dsp in c:\adi_dsp
	Add an environment variable (ADI_DSP = c:\adi_dsp)
5.	Get the latest version of the project from VSS database on Ariane:\\VSS\Data\Srcsafe.ini.
	Set the working folder to D:\prj\pacs\onboard
6.	Make 'cflags' file writable.
